Colborne’s tasting menus never disappoint. Chef Claudio Aprile does an excellent job with presentation, taste and creativity.

Recommendations
• Tasting Menus
• Nitro Crème Fraiche – tastes like butter cream sorbet and the presentation is spectacular
• Iced Bomb Coffee – quarter-sized frozen dumpling filled with liquid coffee (once the frozen layer melts, the coffee in the centre starts to ooze out)

Good to Know
• Best seats: 1) at the chef’s table (if doing the more expense tasting menu) or 2) the two corner tables on either corner of the back wall in the main dining room (more privacy)
• Service: Great! The last time we went, we were celebrating a friend’s promotion and they gave us a complimentary flute of champagne each
• Atmosphere: Trendy decor; brick walls; dimly lit in evenings; high ceilings; cozy, loft-like design;
• Ideal for: Romance, business, large groups, celebrations
• Attire: Smart causal, business
• Reservations recommended: Yes, especially on Friday and Saturday nights
• Patio recommended: N/A
• Convenience: There are a few parking spots on Colborne (but limited)
